Overall a "Great experience," at Club Champion. Alex was extremely helpful and took the time to understand my needs and goals. My custom fitted clubs took a bit to come in, but totally worth the wait.

I recently had a full club fitting at Club Champion in Schaumburg, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Alex was my fitter, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to understand my game, what I wanted to improve, and never tried to force me into any particular brand or expensive upgrade. Every recommendation was backed by launch monitor data, and Alex did a great job explaining what the numbers meant in a way that actually made sense. His knowledge of club heads, shafts, and how they affected my ball flight was seriously impressive. What stood out most was how patient and professional he was throughout the entire fitting. We tested multiple combinations until we found what truly performed best for my swing, not just what looked good on paper. I left with a much better understanding of my equipment and complete confidence in the recommendations. If you're considering getting fit for new clubs, I highly recommend Club Champion in Schaumburg and especially Alex. Whether you're a low handicap golfer or just looking to enjoy the game more, you'll get an honest, data-driven fitting with zero pressure. Easily one of the best investments I've made for my go

Came in 6/15/26 with a Ping G425 SFT driver head after being given incorrect information from another well-known golf retailer in the area regarding my adapter setup. Alex P (store/area manager) and the staff immediately knew exactly what was needed and correctly identified the proper G410/G425/G430/G440 adapter system without hesitation. They checked fitment with my driver head on the spot and explained everything clearly and confidently throughout the process. It was clear they had a higher level of product knowledge and customer service. I left fully confident in the build and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend.

Awesome experience getting fitted for the first time. Brent was amazing at explaining what each feature of the club does and why it was important. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to take golf seriously.

Never thought I would go to Club Champion but I decided to try a putter fitting. Ended up spending a great hour with JT. Like most mistake prone golfers, I went in with an idea of three putters I wanted to buy. Ended up leaving the store with a totally different putter - new TaylorMade Spider ZT. The stats of the Sam Lab were a little confusing but JT really helped explain what I was seeing and ultimately he listened to my reactions and shared his recommendations with a really balanced manner. I never felt he was trying to fit me to a certain putter. Ultimately this was a really fun experience. I can see myself going back for my next set of irons or driver.
